After an exchange of draft MoU’s between YLLI and the office of the District Islands of Talaud, Elshinta, Jura, Bill and Vina, met with Bupati Elly Engelbert Lasut, Hillary and their respective teams. The MoU signing was streamed live on Social Media, Pak Elliy was enthusiastic about YLLIs return to Talaud, hoping that the cooperation would demonstrate increased resilience to his communities and find ways to restore the balance and quality of marine environment, initially in Nanusa sub-district, but expanding as rapidly as possible to the other sub-districts
